The ROOTS
of the SD CIPPOLINI Group
Coming from a family with a long history in the hospitality industry, Sylvie Servella opened the Servotel Saint-Vincent in Nice in 2003 alongside her husband, Denis Cippolini. Driven by a shared passion for quality hospitality and personalized service, they created a 4-star hotel renowned for its sense of hospitality and warm atmosphere.
In 2019, joined by their son Vincent—who grew up in this world—they founded the SD CIPPOLINI Group with the goal of spreading their family’s vision of hospitality. In 2020, they took over management of the seaside hotel Le Temps d’un Été on the Promenade des Anglais, marking a new milestone in the group’s development.

'S STORY: FOLLOWING THE SUN
Over the years, the SD CIPPOLINI Group has continued to grow while remaining true to what defines its identity: creating places where people love to gather, share, and enjoy the moment. In 2023, the Le Temps d’un Été Festival was launched and quickly became a must-attend event of the Nice summer.
Then, in 2024, the adventure continued in the heart of the Alpilles with the acquisition of the Mas des Magnans, an elegant 18th-century Provençal estate nestled in Eygalières. From Nice to Provence, each property showcases a different facet of the South and shares the same ambition: to bring to life a warm, generous, and Mediterranean art of hospitality.
A Responsible Approach to Hospitality
Welcoming guests with sincerity also means taking responsibility for the community that hosts us. Through our environmental, social, and local commitments, we are dedicated to preserving what makes our homes so special and to fostering a more sustainable form of hospitality.

Local Roots & Short Supply Chains
Because more sustainable hospitality starts on the plate, we prioritize short supply chains, seasonal produce, and local partnerships.
This approach allows us to showcase our region’s expertise while promoting more responsible consumption.

RESOURCE CONSERVATION
Recognizing the impact of our operations, we are taking concrete steps to preserve natural resources.
Responsible water and energy management, energy-efficient equipment, waste sorting, and the recycling of organic waste are an integral part of our environmental approach.

COMMITMENT TO PEOPLE AND THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
90% of the team is recruited locally, with permanent contracts preferred for all positions.
Responsible hospitality is built collectively. Raising awareness among our teams and engaging our partners demonstrate our commitment to making a lasting contribution to the vitality and reputation of our regions.

Welcome,
, to the family
We firmly believe that the quality of our hospitality depends first and foremost on the people who make it possible. That is why we place our people, knowledge-sharing, and the personal growth of our teams at the heart of our vision. Because excellence is built collectively, we pay special attention to each individual’s development, the quality of our relationships, and the joy of working together.
